My life has always been a journey of self discovery.  Becoming a life coach and dream coach has put the tools of realizing dreams into my hands and I would like to share that knowledge with everyone I meet.  My passion is to inspire women to create and realize larger and larger dreams.  I personally am living a very full and exciting life filled with realized dreams.
I had a successful career in corporate America for 25 years, I raised my two children as a single parent (they are now in their 30's), I earned a MBA while working full time and raising my two children, I remarried 20 years ago to a wonderful man, I have lived and traveled to many places around the world, and I now have my own business as a Life Coach that excites me everyday.

What creates the excitement in my coaching career is that my career is aligned with my life's purpose which is to inspire and share my knowledge with others.

I have been coaching women since 2003.  I have a BA degree in Mathematics and a MBA degree in Management.  My professional coach training is from Coach U. ( www.coachinc.com ), an accredited coach training program through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am a member of ICF and current President of the ICF Long Island Chapter. I am the President of a family philanthropic foundation.  I enjoy coaching individuals, groups and conducting workshops.

My dream is to create a community of women who are confident to speak their truth because they know their values, strengths, passion and purpose.  This community of women will be eager to share their knowledge, skills, and  resources to support other women to have the life of their dreams.

As a coach my style is to create a safe space built on trust and mutual respect.  My desire is that in that space my clients feel free to explore who they are and how they want to live their life.  I am curious and seek to learn more about my clients.  I will ask questions to understand and expand the client's awareness of self.  I listen to hear my client's true voice.  Together we plan strategies to accomplish goals and realize dreams.  I manage my client's progress and hold them accountable to take action toward their goals and dreams.  Successes are always celebrated.
